
This is one of my all-time favorite comics related images. It's from the one issue of Trump magazine that appeared and what I love is the not only the pictures of the old MAD greats but the fact that for me it embodies this kind of romantic old cartooning New York City black suit working cartoonist ideal. You can just see Jack Davis on the commuter train from Connecticut and then entering the bullpen and rolling up his white sleeves and getting to work at his drawing board. (I have no idea if Jack lived in Connecticut or if he even had to commute and sit next to Will Elder but it's what I like to imagine.)
