I find graphic novel roundups puzzling since they usually group a bunch of disparate genre books together in a kind of "you like books then you'll love these poetry, cookbook, thriller and experimental novels" way but nonetheless it's nice to get a good review especially when the reviewer seems to "get" the book.Entertainment Weekly gives Exit Wounds an "A-" and says "Modan's elegantly simple line drawings match her dialogue, resulting in a heart-piercing, tough-minded love story."
