D+Q in Chicago part 1: Printers Row Lit Fest

Hello, Chicago! It has been too long since we've hung out. This month we're making up for lost time by invading your fair shores with cartoonists aplenty, two weekends in a row!

This weekend, Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9, we are delighted to be attending the Chicago Tribune Printers Row Lit Fest, and to be bringing some heavyhitters with us: Lynda Barry, Tavi Gevinson, Anders Nilsen, Art Spiegelman, and Chris Ware. Check out this awe-inspiring array of authors!

Everyone will be on panels and signing at the D+Q booth (Tent B!), which can be found close to the intersection of Harrison and Dearborn on historic Printers Row. All signings take place at the Drawn & Quarterly booth. You can learn more about the panels on the Printers Row website.

Oh, and we'll have debut copies of Art Spiegelman's September book Co-Mix and Michael Dumontier and Neil Farber's hilarious Petit Livre, Animals with Sharpies.

This weekend will be jam-packed with great talks, great books, and great fun, so we hope to see you down at Printers Row! And don't forget: next weekend, Saturday June 15 and Sunday June 16, we'll be at the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo (CAKE), with Lisa Hanawalt and Chris Ware. Stay tuned for more about that in the coming days.
