Well, look no further, dear reader! Allow me to unfurl our San Diego Comic Con banner, beginning with authors who will be in attendance.
Comic-Con Special Guest Tom Gauld (Goliath, You're All Just Jealous of my Jetpack) is coming all the way from London, England, to delight you with his beautifully etched comics and sharp, sardonic wit.
Behind the D+Q booth, you will also be able to find current-New Yorker-but-born-and-raised-Californian Lisa Hanawalt (My Dirty Dumb Eyes)!
Next up to bat is Gilbert Hernandez (Marble Season), who will be gracing us and next-door neighbours Fantagraphics with his presence.
And finally, watch out for weekend cameos from Matthew Forsythe (Jinchalo, Ojingogo)! Matt was a mainstay of our Montreal Cartoonist Crew (MCC) until he got poached by Adventure Time and moved to LA. We're all very excited to have him with us for the magic of Comic-Con, plus word on the street is that Saturday is his birthday, so if you're getting a book signed by him on Saturday, I'm pretty sure you have to bring him a present.
Okay, now that you know what we're working with, let me give you the straight goods: signings and panels. Please note that all signings take place at the Drawn & Quarterly booth this year, so come visit us at booth 1629!
